Sonia Farrell's Custom Paintings Pet Portraits Terms and Conditions (also known as Petz Portraits by Sonia Farrell or All Heart by Sonia Farrell)

• The medium of the artwork is acrylics on gesso'd canvas, sealed with acrylic sealer and/or varnish. Unless the purchaser has taken up the option for the Elegance Finish in which case the medium of the artwork is mixed medium on gesso'd canvas.

• The cost of this artwork is dependent on the size of the canvas and the number of faces in the artwork.  To see typical prices please view  www.allheartbysoniafarrell.com 

• The style of Petz Portraits by Sonia Farrell is contemporary realism using colours based on character traits and personality of the pet.  Here are some examples of the colour categorising:

Blue represents loyalty and confidence

Orange is enthusiasm

Pink is joy and spontaneity

Green is vibrant and lively

Purple is dignified and sophisticated

Aqua for stylish and contemporary...

• Please note realistic colours for Petz Portraits by Sonia Farrell are not used intentionally.  The unique and special character of artworks is acquired through the colour categorisation that signify the pet portrait artworks of Sonia Farrell.

• A deposit of 20% (or 50% for artworks over the value of $500) of the cost of the artwork is payable* when the request for the artwork is firmed up before any work commences on the artwork.

• You will be given the chance to view progress photos of the artwork twice during the time that the artwork is being created. You feedback is welcome during this time and is to be provided within 2 days to allow the artwork to progress and meet agreed artwork delivery dates**.

• The final balance of the cost is due when the artwork is finalised. Payment is payable before the artwork is dispatched***.

• Artwork recipients are not permitted to copy, reproduce or replicate artworks in whole or in part without the express written permission of the Artist – Sonia Farrell. Copyright of the custom painting remains the ownership of the artist, Sonia Farrell.

• The artwork recipient to be aware that artworks and reference photos will be used on the allheartbysoniafarrell.com website and social media channels (ie Facebook @Petz Portraits by Sonia Farrell, @All Heart by Sonia Farrell and Instagram: @petzportraitsbysoniafarrell, @allheartbysoniafarrell, and art2bringglory2God, YouTube @All Heart by Sonia Farrell for ongoing promotion), and any other platforms that Artist - Sonia Farrell may choose to promote or do business on.

• Notes on returns:

- I endeavour to involve you in the planning process and keep you updated on the progress of your commissioned artwork so you are able to let me know if you have any concerns before it is completed.

- I am confident you will be happy with your artwork, however, if you are not satisfied with the commissioned artwork when you receive it, please let me know within 7 days so I can see how I can work with you to make any adjustments to ensure you are happy with the artwork (note postage and packaging costs for returns are NOT payable by the artist)

• Once you have paid the deposit (non-refundable) and the artwork is confirmed as being completed, the balance of payment becomes due (payable within 2 weeks of being advised the artworks are completed) – if you choose not to pay the balance of the commission costs of the completed artwork – you forfeit any claim to the painting and/or any prints and/or advertising in which the image is used. The artwork remains the property of the artist if payment is not finalised
