This is Step 1 of the 7 easy steps to order and receive your own custom painting pet portrait. It facilitates you telling me about your pet and your preferred delivery date. Please use a separate form for each pet to be featured in the artwork. View my typical Custom Paintings Pet Portraits Terms and Conditions here.
Complete this form to start the conversation with me when you are thinking about placing an order for a custom pet portrait commissioned artwork. It only becomes an order once a payment is made (either in full or as a partial payment as a non-refundable deposit)

Step 2: Email me your pet's photos using email address firstname.lastname@example.org

Step 4: Once you know what you like (viewing choices - including optional finishes in Step 3 above), place your order with your payment (see payment options in the 7 easy steps summary)
Step 5: I paint your pet portrait giving you two opportunities during the process to provide feedback
Step 6: When we agree the painting is complete, I undertake finishing off of the artwork with varnish and the Certificate of Authenticity
Step 7: Any outstanding payments would need to be finalised before the artwork is dispatched and/or delivered
